About Me

Kason Lin in a suit outside NYU Stern

I'm a Finance, AI & Data Science student at NYU Stern, minoring in Hospitality Management. I'm drawn to where finance and real operations meet, from underwriting multifamily deals to figuring out why a restaurant is losing money.

Before Stern I spent years coaching and captaining fencing teams and running the front of house at a busy restaurant. Now I handle logistics for campus events and help run my fraternity's executive board. Outside of work you'll find me cooking, cafe hopping around NYC, running weekly 5Ks, or taking photos.

Google Review QR Campaign: Canton Kitchen

A newly opened family restaurant was losing $20K+ a month, and weak Google reviews were a big part of why. I built a QR-code table tent with Claude that takes guests straight to the review page, designed to be easy for older diners.
